Life of Purpose

 Welcome to my scrapbook blog!

This is a special space where I gather all my favorite memories, creative projects, and inspiration.

Each page showcases a blend of photos, heartfelt notes, and colorful embellishments that tell a story..

I love using different materials and techniques to make it unique, reflecting my personality and creativity.

I hope you enjoy browsing through my page and find inspiration for your own creative projects!

Today, I am sharing a double-page layout with you. I have titled it LIFE OF PURPOSE. The paper I used was a Prima range, quite a while ago.

Of course, you can use any range you prefer. Use my page as a guideline.

Photos:  5 x 3 x 4” (7.6 x 10 cm) upright/portrait.

Embellishments: 9 flowers, 1 x rhinestone element, Fussy cut elements/Ephemera

Paper: 2 x white/black patterned sheets for the Back ground pages, 2 x Pink patterned sheets, 1 x white floral sheets, 1 x striped pattern sheet, ½ patterned sheet for the bow and 2 x plain white cardstock for the matting of the photos and ribbon if you don’t have a Cricut machine to make the bow.

 Assemble the pages:

  •    Use the white/black patterned sheet for the background pages.
  • ·   Use the 2 pink patterned sheets and cut them to 11 ½ x 11”. (29.2 x      27.8cm)
  • ·   Stick one on each of the background pages against the center edges  and leaving about ½” (1.3cm) border around the other 3 edges. Also, make sure the pink pattern lines up in the center.
  • ·   Use the white floral pattern and cut a piece 11 ¼ x 5 ½” (28.5 x 12.8 cm). Stick it on the left page against the center and 3 ¼” (8.3 cm) from the top edge.
  • ·   Use the white floral again and cut a piece 7 ¾ x 5 ½ “(19.7 x 14 cm).  Stick on the  right page and against the left edge (center), making sure it lines up with the    floral on the left page.
  • ·   Use the striped pattern and cut a piece 11 x 5” (28 x13 cm).
  • ·   Stick this piece on the left page on the floral right against the center edge.
  •    Use the striped paper and cut a piece 7 ¼ x 5” (18.5 x 13 cm).
  •    Stick this piece on the right page on the floral and against the left center edge. Make sure it lines up with the floral on the left page.
  •    Use all the photos and mat them on white cardstock. 3 ¼ x 4 ¼” (8.3 x 10.9cm)
  • ·   Stick these on the page as shown.
  • ·   Add all the embellishments and flowers as shown on the picture.

·         The instructions for the bow if you have a Cricut machine.
